Hey Everyone,
I have hooded eyes and a lot of people I know, I mean the ladies, have hooded eyes who struggle to do the right kind of eye makeup. Hooded eyes don`t have a deep crease and the right makeup technique can add dimension to the eyelid and eyes. So here`s a somewhat neutral makeup look I came up with that would look good on hooded eyes and basically make the crease stand out.
